ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
The link between mechanical development, software development and implementation is electrical engineering. The EPLAN software package helps us carry out this engineering efficiently.
ON-SITE INSTALLATION
Once an installation has been built, tested and approved by the customer in our workshop, we move the whole thing to the customer’s location and build everything up neatly there, test the installation, and train the operators.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Our robot projects are based on mechanical engineering. A robot without a tool is like a human without hands. We start every project with sketches and concepts, which we then develop in detail. The Solid Works engineering package is our reliable instrument for this.
RISK ANALYSIS
Automatic installations always involve a certain risk. In order to identify and map out these risks, we carry out a risk analysis, usually in consultation with the customer’s prevention service. In order to eliminate the risks, we use self-made tools such as a safety matrix during the engineering phase.
DOCUMENTATION
We provide the customer with a technical file at the end of the project, and this file contains all the official documentation, as well as all the documentation necessary to maintain the machine properly.
